This healing treatment is for anyone who has been struggling with sleeping issues or who has been feeling low, depressed, or lacking clarity or motivation.
In Te Ao Māori, the head is considered a sacred tapu.
We will create a blend of personalised essential aromatherapy oils to address your specific needs.
We will apply warm oil to your head, scalp, neck, and shoulders, then finish with a hot towel to help the oils penetrate.

Your feet will be wrapped in a hot towel. While you rest in the Manaaki bed, we will begin mirimiri to calm your nervous system.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Inhalation
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is an add-on Bio-Pulse Detox therapy. It works wonders in speeding up recovery from illness, injury, muscle soreness post-exercise, and wound healing (including wounds that are usually difficult to heal). It is also hugely energising, boosts mental alertness, and can provide a natural cure for headaches, hangovers, and even jet lag!
This treatment is an inhalation, during which the client breathes in 90 to 95% pure oxygen, increasing the oxygen levels in the blood.
